Requirements/Skills: We require an experienced, full-time residential onsite property manager, with strong supervisory skills and computer literacy - knowledge of Yardi Voyager would be a great asset. Need someone who is able to handle tenants issues, issue 3-day notices and possibly go to court, schedule vendors, collect rents, oversee all staff for this 170-unit property.


Position Description: Oversee staff & maintain a 170-unit residential property. Ability to deal well with residents as well as vendors. Must be experienced in all phases of residential management. Salary, benefits and a 2-bedroom apartment.
