Cindy Gray is Managing Partner of Moss & Company and she works with the Executive Committee to set strategies for long-term goals. Cindy extensively consults property owners on operational and financial issues, as well as strategic challenges. Cindy joined Moss & Company in 1971 as a supervisor in the maintenance department. She quickly elevated in the ranks, while learning the business from the ground up, becoming a partner in 2004. Since then, Cindy elevated the company to become Southern California’s leader in property management, earning unprecedented longevity in client relationships and best-in-class overall reputation. Cindy is an active member of the Southern California Real Estate Alliance, and a member of the Women’s President Organization, Los Angeles Chapter.

Rowena is Vice President of Human Resources, and she leads Moss & Company’s Human Resource team and strategies. Her responsibilities include talent acquisition and development, benefits administration, payroll, policy formulation, project management and employee relations. Rowena joined Moss & Company in 2019 as Human Resources Director, quickly elevating to Vice President. She is a seasoned human resource professional with extensive experience in the Property Management/Real Estate industry. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, holds a Notary Public designation in the State of California, and is a proud member of SHRM and PIHRA.

Doriemay has over 15 years of experience in the property management field. Prior to joining Moss & Company in 2011, Doriemay started her career in property management as an office assistant in her hometown of San Diego, quickly rising to the rank of property manager while overseeing a portfolio of commercial, conventional, Section 8 and homeowner's association (HOA) communities. Doriemay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Accounting from National University.

Prior to joining Moss & Company in 2013, Brandon spent 14 years with Trust Company of the West (TCW) as a Senior Vice President working for their Large Cap Value funds. Brandon earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business with emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California (USC).

Tim joined Moss & Company in 1997 and has played key roles in accounting, finance and information technology. He has led a successful transformation of the company network architecture to a cloud base solution, enabling the employees to work from satellite locations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge.
